We've
all had to use telephone support. We at Computer MD have been
on both sides of the phone - as customers, and providers. While
it's better than nothing, it certainly is inefficient. It's not
easy to describe what you see on your screen, and it's not easy
to interpret that information. In a matter of minutes, we can
join up remotely. While you describe your issue, we can see what
you are describing, and even control your computer (with your
permission), to resolve your issue.
Once
you have established an account with us, we welcome you to give
remote assistance a try. Most issues can be resolved in very little
time.
At
the present time, this service is limited to Windows XP users
only. We are looking into providing this service to all Windows
users in the near future.
